1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CallNow.me (the "Services"), operated by Econextech, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

CallNow.me provides virtual phone number services including:

  • Virtual phone numbers from multiple countries
  • Voice calls (VoIP) via WebRTC and mobile apps
  • SMS and MMS messaging
  • Call forwarding and voicemail
  • Related communication features

The Services require an internet connection. We are not responsible for the quality, availability, or cost of your internet connection.

3. Emergency Services Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: THE SERVICES CANNOT BE USED TO MAKE EMERGENCY CALLS (911, 112, OR OTHER EMERGENCY NUMBERS). CallNow.me is NOT a replacement for your primary telephone service. You must maintain an alternative method of making emergency calls.

We are not liable for any failure to connect to emergency services. If you need to contact emergency services, please use your primary phone line, a landline, or another device capable of making traditional phone calls.

4. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Prepaid Credit & Payments

5.1 Prepaid Model

CallNow.me operates on a prepaid credit model. You purchase credit in advance, which is consumed as you use the Services (calls, SMS, number rentals).

5.2 Pricing

Current rates for calls, SMS, and number rentals are displayed in the app and on our website. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

5.3 Refunds

Purchased credits are generally non-refundable. In-app purchases are subject to the refund policies of Apple App Store and Google Play Store. For web purchases, refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase for unused credit.

5.4 Number Rental

Phone numbers are rented on a monthly basis. You do not own any phone number assigned to your account. Numbers may be released and reassigned if your account is terminated or if the rental period expires without renewal.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Services to:

  • Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam), bulk messaging, or robocalls
  • Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm any person
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsify caller ID information
  • Transmit illegal, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content
  • Engage in fraud, phishing, or any deceptive practices
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
  • Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Services
  • Resell or redistribute the Services without our written permission
  • Record calls without proper consent as required by applicable law

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

7. SMS/MMS Messaging Compliance

When using SMS/MMS features, you agree to:

  • Comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable messaging regulations
  • Obtain proper consent before sending messages to recipients
  • Honor opt-out requests (STOP) immediately
  • Not use the Services for A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging campaigns without proper registration
  • Not send messages that violate carrier acceptable use policies

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, content, trademarks, and materials, are the property of Econextech, Inc. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or legitimate business purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Econextech, Inc. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment or expired credit
  • Prolonged inactivity (accounts inactive for 12+ months)

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
