No. CallNow.me cannot be used for emergency calls. You must maintain a separate phone service for emergency calling. Please see our Terms of Service for details.

Phone numbers start at $3.99/month (US). Calls and SMS are billed per-minute and per-message at competitive rates. There are no monthly subscriptions - you only pay for what you use with prepaid credit.

Go to your number settings in the dashboard, enable call forwarding, and enter the destination phone number. Incoming calls will be forwarded to that number.

Yes. We use TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit, bcrypt password hashing, and JWT-based authentication. We never store credit card numbers directly. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Yes! You can use the web app on any browser, plus our native iOS and Android apps. Your account syncs across all devices.

Go to your number's settings and click 'Release'. The number will be released at the end of your current billing period. Any remaining credit stays in your account.

Unused credit purchased via web (Stripe/Airwallex) can be refunded within 14 days. In-app purchases follow Apple/Google refund policies. Contact support for refund requests.

CallNow.me uses WebRTC technology for high-quality voice calls. Call quality depends on your internet connection. We recommend a stable Wi-Fi or 4G/5G connection for the best experience.

Yes! MMS is supported for sending images, videos, and other media files. Available on web, iOS, and Android.
